A good room has
a few ground rules.

1. Be a person, not a personal brand. Share your own experience and thinking. Don’t flood the room with automated posts, pitches or recycled engagement bait.
2. Disagree generously. Challenge an idea, not the person. No harassment, prejudice or personal attacks.
3. What’s shared here stays here. Ask permission before quoting a member outside Calibre. Never post confidential client or employer material. Member-only access is not a guarantee against screenshots.
4. Give before you ask. Useful recommendations are welcome. Undisclosed sales pitches, spam and unsolicited mass outreach aren’t. Disclose your connection to anything you recommend.
5. Everyone has a seat. Once approved, you can browse the same people and conversations as everyone else. No follower hierarchy or connection requests.
6. Curation continues inside. We can decline applications, remove content or pause membership when these rules aren’t respected.
